Park Rules

ØAll participants (driver/rider/passenger & Spectators) must fill out a current waiver, Show a valid ID, and Pay required gate fee are the registration office before entering the park.
ØAll 17 and under (driver/rider/passengers and spectators) must bring signed, notarized minor forms with them if not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
ØAll children under 13 must display a safety flag. There will be flags available at the park.
ØNo alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed on Happy Hollow Dirt Park property.  No person may be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substances that may hinder thinking ability or reaction time. 
ØHelmet Must be Worn At ALL Times for ATVs, Side by Side and Dirt Bikes
ØOne way at ALL times on the Motocross track and drag strip, ALL other trails are two way. (Use Caution)
ØSTATE STICKER NOT REQUIRED
ØNO JEEPS, RAILBUGGIES or large 4x4 are allowed on the parks trails.
ØExcessive speed and reckless driving will not be tolerated in the parking lot or near the registration office. (First gear Idle)
ØAll vehicles MUST operate in a manner to avoid incidents and or accidents while in the park. 
ØNO DOUBLE RIDING(Unless Machine is made for two riders)
ØPlease put your trash in the trash cans provided.
ØIf you leave the park for any reason and plan on returning later in the day. Please advice one of the owners or you may be charged another entry fee.
ØWe ask that you be loaded and ready to leave before it is actually dark.
ØHave Fun, Ride Hard, But Be Safe
